Safe Streets are for Everyone

Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC (KEG) has partnered with the Bi-State Regional Commission (BSRC) to complete a Traffic Safety Action Plan (TSAP) for the Quad Cities, Iowa/Illinois; Kewanee, Illinois; and Muscatine, Iowa. The BSRC was awarded a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Grant from the US Department of Transportation in early 2023. The grant funds will be directed toward the completion of the TSAP based on the Safe Systems Approach and in accordance with SS4A funding requirements.

Public engagement and feedback will be important in the completion of the TSAP. We encourage you to leave a comment below with your contact information to be included on future communications regarding the TSAP. All comments received will be collected and reviewed by the study team.
